Attorney Jillian E. Clausen
Senior Associate Attorney
Prior to joining Murphy Johnson & Trampe, Jillian Clausen worked as a paralegal at a family law firm from 2014 through 2020. During this time, Ms. Clausen obtained her J.D. She graduated from Marquette University in May of 2020.
Attorney Clausen has gained valuable insight and experience assisting attorneys firsthand on complex divorce and custody actions. She also has previous experience in representing clients in minor guardianships, termination of parental rights, adoption, traffic ordinance violations, criminal misdemeanor, and criminal felony cases.
During law school, Ms. Clausen focused her studies on dispute resolution courses earning her Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate. She found her passion for dispute resolution after participating in Marquette’s Mediation Clinic. She also competed in Vienna, Austria in the Consensual Dispute Resolution Competition (CDRC) where she won an award for Best Mediation Management.
Jillian Clausen is a licensed attorney-mediator, who assists self-represented parties by guiding them through the complex legal process and creating a win-win agreement that is mutually beneficial for each party.
During her free time, Ms. Clausen enjoys cycling classes, cooking, and entertaining friends and family with new recipes from her favorite celebrity chefs.
