Associate Attorney

Alana Brown was born in Napa, California, and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She attended Valparaiso University for her undergraduate where she played in Division 1 athletics. She graduated magna cum laude from Valparaiso University with a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Criminology and Sports Management. 

Ms. Brown attended law school at Marquette University Law School, graduating with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was an active member in multiple organizations, including the Asian Law Student Association, and from 2022-2023 was the President of the Association for Women Lawyers. She also was inducted into the Marquette Pro Bono Honor Society for her volunteer work in the Milwaukee Community.

Attorney Brown’s previous experience includes being an intern for the Racine Family Courts, interning with the Guardian Ad Litem division of the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee, and being a legal intern for the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the Fall of 2021.

During her free time, Alana enjoys Peloton classes, attending Milwaukee Bucks games, and volunteering in the Restorative Justice initiative with Marquette University. She believes in helping individuals on their paths toward success by assisting in the Restorative Justice process, including partaking in restorative circles at the Racine Correctional Institution.
